Jaclyn Qualter, NP, A-CTTP, is a board-certified nurse practitioner providing consistently excellent care to her patients at LoginClinics in Wake Forest, North Carolina.
Jaclyn graduated with honors and earned her nursing degree from Georgetown University in Washington, DC. She completed her nursing internships at the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and the American Legacy Foundation, later renamed Truth Initiative®, both in Washington, DC. She has worked in health care for more than 20 years and has hands-on experience in critical care and internal medicine.
Jaclyn is passionate about providing affordable medical care to her community and takes time to establish trust with all her patients. She is qualified to treat trauma and fast-track patients who are less critical, and she is knowledgeable in a variety of emergency procedures.
Jaclyn also provides long-term guidance to her patients, educating them on better lifestyle choices as well as establishing health goals and helping them reach those goals. She looks forward to helping clients at LoginClinics make the best of their health and feel confident about their health care decisions.
North Carolina native Justin Bordeaux, PA-C, at LoginClincs is a board-certified physician assistant working in Wake Forest, North Carolina.
Justin grew up just south of Fayetteville and has been providing medical care as a physician assistant to rural eastern and central North Carolina for the past seven years.
He obtained his bachelor’s degree in biology and chemistry in 2010 and his master’s degree (MPAS) as a physician assistant in 2012, from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina (Go Pirates!).
Justin eagerly began his career in a fast-paced emergency department, gaining several years of critical clinical experience before transitioning to urgent care. He enjoys several aspects of urgent care, including the ability to address a patient’s acute needs while managing chronic conditions and prompt referral when necessary. He is a strong patient advocate, providing evidence-based medical care based on the latest clinical guidelines.
When approached by Jaclyn Qualter, NP, A-CTTP, to join the great team at LoginClinics, he jumped on the opportunity. As a former Americorps member and rural health scholarship recipient, he understands the countless obstacles that may limit people from obtaining quality medical care.
Through telemedicine, many of these obstacles are eliminated, and direct face-to-face interaction is made possible anywhere with a smart device. Justin is excited to continue his career with LoginClinics, in the rapidly developing field of telemedicine.
Justin lives in the North Raleigh area and enjoys restoring classic cars, boating, attending concerts, family hikes and traveling. On his days off, you will likely find him cruising a back road in his old truck with the windows down.
As our Lead Paramedic and Operations Manager, Tyler is a vital part of the LoginClinics team. If you were to ask him, he would tell you that he is first and foremost a family man and second, a medical professional. His roots in Christianity and community service are deep, therefore, he continually strives to make a difference in the lives of others around him.
He has extensive work experience in the service industry, which has provided him with a firm foundation to build his medical management career on. He has worked in a variety of medical arenas, including EMS, emergency departments and urgent care clinics.
He joined LoginClinics in 2020 as Operations Manager for EHS Services but also enjoys staffing as a paramedic; making house call and conducting group testing events.
His hobbies consist of spending time with his wife and three kids and enjoying the outdoors. He currently has his A.A.S in Emergency Medical Science and is working towards his undergraduate in occupational health and safety. His goal is to become a Certified Safety Professional and utilize his expertise to provide a safe working environment for others.

Samuel has worked in several fields requiring a particular focus on safety. He has outdoor field experience as a park ranger, backcountry trail crewmember, and served with a wildland firefighting hotshot crew with the U.S Forest Service. Previously, Samuel proudly served 5 years in the U.S. Marine Corps filling various leadership roles such as Collateral Duty Inspector which required meticulous attention to detail and ensuring safe practices were met. He has also worked in the construction industry on both residential and commercial sites throughout the Western US.
Samuel is currently an EMT-B and is working toward his degree in Civil Engineering.
When Samuel isn’t working or pursuing his education, you can find him climbing rocks, eating locally-sourced nourishing food, trail running with his dogs, and exploring public lands with his wonderful wife.
Matthew is an EMT-B working on the Charlottesville/UVA construction site. HIs experiences include working in patient transport. Matthew also comes to LoginClinics with experience as a dispatcher from his time working in patient transport.
He volunteers at two local Fire Departments where he spends most of his free time, where he has served as his department’s secretary, CPR Instructor and Designated Infection Control Officer. While attending his local High School, he also attended Massanutten Technical Center and focused on Fire & Rescue. While attending Massanutten Tech he was able to obtain his Hazmat Operations certification along with his EMT.
When Matthew isn’t working or pursuing his education, he enjoys developing websites and various programs varying from HTML, CSS, C#, and LUA programing languages. Matthew hopes to attend college to obtain his RN and work in pediatrics.
Karen has worked in healthcare human resources for over 20 years. She has her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the State University of New York at Fredonia and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. She has worked for organizations large and small including a skilled nursing facility, developmental/mental health agencies, and a healthcare software company.
LoginClinics is very proud to have such a talented director of human resources on staff. Our employees are very important to us, so having Karen’s skill and expertise is much needed for our growing company!
Karen resides in Wake Forest, NC with her husband Adin and their two children. In her spare time, Karen enjoys reading and solving jigsaw puzzles, which she proudly displays in her home.
Lindsey Dillon is LoginClinics Practice Manager. She joined the team in early 2023 and has nearly 20 years of office management experience. Additionally, she is also well-versed in marketing and communications and has a passion for working with individuals with special needs.
Lindsey is a wife and mom of 4 children and 2 fur babies. She is highly extroverted and tries to bring smiles and laughter with her everywhere she goes. In her down time, she is an active member of her church and serves in various areas of worship. She is passionate about God, her family, and music.
Krystal Gill, RT is Loginclinics’ Clinical Coordinator. She graduated in 2007 from Vance Granville Community College with an Associates of Science in Radiology Technology. During her training there she worked in various hospitals and clinics. Healthcare and caring for others runs deep in her family; her Grandmother was a nurse and so is her Mother. Krystal started her career in healthcare early; while she was still in high school and became a CNA at the age of 18!
After graduation, she worked at Maria Parham’s radiology department and then moved to a local urgent care, where she was for 8 years before joining LoginClinics.
Outside of work, Krystal is a dedicated wife and mother to two boys. Her and her family enjoy camping, boating, spending time outdoors and time with family and friends.
